Pay Scale: Transitions, Inc. has a competitive pay scale with wage increases at six months, one year, three years, five years, seven years, and ten years. When reimbursement rates are increased for the services we provide, the increases are shared with our employees.

Paid Holidays: Transitions, Inc has seven paid holidays per year that can include, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, The Day After Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day).

Flexible Full Time: Full time hours are 30 or more hours per week. Once an employee gains full time status, they can go back and forth between full and part time on a month by month basis.

Personal Leave: All vacation, sick, and other paid time off is accumulated as personal leave by full time staff. Staff accrue hours commensurate with their hours worked and time with the company.

Benefits

Life Insurance: Transitions, Inc pays for all of the premium for life insurance for employees who work 20 hours or more per week on average.

Adaptable Scheduling: Transitions, Inc will adjust employees’ schedules when their availability changes due to family needs, school schedules, finances, and other life changes.

Simple Individual Retirement Account (IRA): Employees who grossed $5000 or more during the previous calendar year are eligible to participate in the Simple IRA. Contribution to the plan is from pre-tax income and will be matched by the company up to 3% of the employee’s gross pay.

Mileage Reimbursement: Employees are reimbursed per mile for miles driven while working. Reimbursement is calculated based on a formula that is reviewed at least twice per year, and more often when fuel prices fluctuate.

Medical benefit: Transitions, Inc. offers health insurance as well.  This includes medical, pharmaceutical, dental, and vision. The company pays a generous portion of the insurance to minimize the cost for the employees.  Additionally, the employee’s share comes out pre-tax, helping to further reduce the financial impact felt by the employee.
